I feel I now have a great foundation and am equipped to help people grow themselves. To me this is more than just a coaching course — this is a self-discovery, self-awareness program. I wasn't thinking of changing careers into coaching, but what it made me is a better professional, able to better communicate and better listen. Funny enough, I'm now actually considering changing careers because it was so enjoyable.

I wanted an experiential course to work on my way of being as a coach, and I discovered I needed to work on my way of being in life, full stop. The program provided a safe space to shine a flashlight on myself, even when it wasn't comfortable. It has given me something of true substance, allowing me to be a conduit for people's healing.

Module 1 gave me so much, and I really loved every session; it extended my horizon quite a lot. I would definitely recommend it further.

This program gave me the tools to be present simultaneously with my mind, body, and heart, enabling an openness to honor each part without compromising. I found the Somatic Thinking approach to be an elegant, naturally flowing methodology perfectly aligned with my core values of humanity and simplicity.

I entered this program wanting to be a better trainer, but I actually learned what it truly means to be a coach. It made me much more aware of my own life, helping me assess and improve my relationships with family, friends, and clients.

Experiencing profound healing as a coachee inspired me to want to do the same for others. I leave this module being able to say that I learned to connect deeply with others and create a space where they understand who they are better and can grow from that in their own way.

I wanted to respect myself, and I found it through this course. I am currently reviewing the process for my life in order to live as my true, authentic self. I highly recommend this course; it feels like the secret of success not only as a coach but also for my life.

This journey was an unforgettable experience that significantly expanded my self-awareness and taught me how to be more observant of myself without judgment. I learned the profound value of holding a safe space not just for others, but also for myself, which gave me entirely new perspectives on the true meaning of compassion.
