Ihya — Reviving Impact

Align effort with intention and turn work into balanced, lasting impact

In-Person

About This Program

Three days to separate achievement from impact. Much of our success consumes us because it was never built on an intention we knew. Here we return to the oldest question: what do I want to remain of me after me? And we examine the gap between the effort we spend and the impact we want to leave.

You built something. You worked on it for years. And yet, in moments of honesty with yourself, you feel that your work no longer looks like you. The effort is large, and the impact does not match it. Accomplishments stack up, and your original intention was lost in the crowd. In these three days, we invite you to reconnect work with its intention, effort with its impact, performance with the meaning it started from. We will not teach you how to work more. We will help you work in a way that looks like you.

Who this is for

  • Founders and leaders arriving at a stage where work runs their life instead of the other way round
  • People who hit their external targets and found that the promised peace did not come with them
  • Senior professionals and executives who feel their role no longer represents them
  • Our fellow coaches who hold space for others and know they need space of their own
  • People who want to review their work — not run from it

Who this is not for

  • Anyone looking for a productivity workshop or a business strategy session — this is not a conventional performance program
  • Anyone who cannot leave the work phone for four days — the retreat requires a real disconnection
  • Anyone expecting pre-packaged answers — the retreat ripens the right questions, it does not answer them on your behalf

What you'll leave with

  • A new clarity about the intention your work rests on today — not only the one you started with
  • A capacity to tell the difference between effort that creates impact and effort that creates exhaustion
  • Your three most important decisions — what you will keep, what you will let go — written in calm, not under pressure
  • A more mature relationship with accomplishment — less self-definition through it, more enjoyment of it
  • A quiet inner space you know how to return to when work presses again
  • An impact that begins inside you — before it is seen outside

The Experience

The natural world redefines productivity without words. In the morning, the sun rises without a meeting, and the tree bears fruit without KPIs. And you, between them, recover something that was always yours: that authentic work does not exhaust its author when it stands in its right place.

The group here is different — each person has reached something, and each person doubts something. There is no competition, no showcase of achievements. There is quiet presence, and conversations where no ready answer is dictated.

The three days end, and in your pocket is not a new work program — but a new lens. You look at your work through it, and you know what you will keep, and what has had enough of your time.

Real impact is not measured by how much you produce — but by how much of you remains in it.
