Impact isn't borrowed — it's built.

A 5-hour Somatic Thinking™ workshop

You have more tools than ever — why is your impact harder to feel?

Programs change, models get swapped, certificates pile up — and still the quiet question returns: why doesn't the impact last? Impact Engineering is a five-hour opening that turns the question around. Because lasting impact was never about knowing more — it's about activating what you already carry: your presence, your values, your lived experience. It's the first step toward a method that's unmistakably your own.

A Somatic Thinking™ workshop · led by Samer Hassan, ICF MCC · a first step into the Menhajak method-building journey · ICF Continuing Coach Education (CCE) hours on request.

The paradox

We all want to leave a lasting impact.

So we give ourselves to it — gathering the certificates, studying the well-known methodologies, working hard. And still, we notice that the impact of what we offer doesn't hold. Sometimes it quietly feeds a doubt about the worth of what we bring — and almost always, the answer we reach for is more: more study, more certificates.

It was never about knowing more

Lasting impact was never an information problem.

We assume that moving people takes more knowledge — enough to impress them, convince them, win the debate. But work that way and you stop being someone who grows people. You become someone holding a great deal of information, assembling a program out of its pieces, working hard to drill it into other minds. That has never been how a human being actually grows.

Think of your own parents. They gave you advice, and more advice — and most of it you didn't follow, or even really hear. What you absorbed, like a sponge, was something else: what they did. How they carried themselves. Their presence. We become what the people around us are — not what they tell us; what they live — not what they believe in theory.

This is why we don't call our work training. We call it Educareتربية — the cultivation of a human being from within. Training fills a mind with information; Educare draws out what's already there. One fades when the session ends; the other becomes part of who you are.

So the real work isn't adding more. In Somatic Thinking™ we call it knowledge activation: drawing out what already lives in you — the beliefs and values you genuinely practise; your intention, and your care for the person in front of you; your lived experience as someone who has witnessed real change. Harness all of that, and something takes shape that is unmistakably yours.

That is your own method — منهجك. If you lead, it becomes your way of leading. If you coach or facilitate, your way of growing people. If you build a company, it becomes the way you build one that stays true to who you are.

Borrowed pieces versus a method built by your own hand.

The path

Seven steps

The map of Impact Engineering — the seven steps you'll learn to recognise and begin to apply, each one lived as an experience, not a lecture. In five hours we open all seven; walking each to its depth is the journey itself.

Presence — حضور

The foundation. You can't leave an impact in a moment you were never truly present for. So we begin here: being fully present with yourself, and able to be present with another.

Needs — الاحتياجات

Learn to read your own needs — how they form, how they sort themselves — and you learn to read your audience's: what genuinely matters to them, and how to design so their needs and yours are met at once.

The Other — الآخر

Turn fully toward the person you serve and long to reach: the impact you want to leave, the needs you want to meet, the problems you want to help them move through.

Heritage — الموروث

The plant that thrives is the one native to its soil — and so is a person. You can't grow yourself, or anyone else, apart from the beliefs and paradigms you absorbed from family, community, and culture. The craft is learning to draw on that heritage and filter it.

Science — العلم

Heritage alone isn't enough; science gives it a frame. This is one of the sharper claims in our thinking: the two have to validate each other. The surprise — heritage barely moves, while scientific "fact" changes almost by the day, and not always forward; sometimes we simply discover we had it wrong.

Wisdom — الحكمة

Where heritage and science truly work together, what's left behind is wisdom.

Lived, interactive experience — تجارب حسّية تفاعلية

The Somatic Thinking™ move that carries it all: here you don't just learn this — you experience it, and you learn to turn your own content into living interaction, so the people you serve absorb it the way real influence is always absorbed: through experience, not information.

What you leave with:

The whole map — all seven steps, and how each builds on the one before.
A felt experience of the Somatic Thinking™ way: lived, not lectured.
The first outline of your own method — منهجك beginning to take shape, in your own hand.
A clear sense of your next step — a sharper way of practising tomorrow, or the deeper journey ahead.

Five hours opens all seven and lets you taste each — enough to see your own method begin to form. Living them in full, until that method is truly built, is the deeper journey we call منهجك.

A moment of clarity inside the workshop.

Who it's for — three doorways

Impact Engineering runs in three variations — for coaches, for leaders, for founders. The same opening, cast for who you are; each a complete workshop in its own right. You'll recognise yours.

For the coach or trainer

You've gathered real skill and real tools, and your work is good. What's missing isn't more; it's yours — a method that carries your name, not just your sessions and certificates.

This is where it starts to take shape.

For the leader

You want to lead from who you are, not from reaction: decisions that hold under pressure because they come from your own values, not the loudest voice in the room.

This is where that way of leading begins to form.

For the founder

You want a company that stays true to you as it grows: daily decisions that reflect your values, a culture that doesn't change every time the people do.

This is where you start turning who you are into how you build.

Whichever door you came through, you leave the same way: with the first outline of your own method — and a clear sense of where building it leads.

Where it leads — the Menhajak journey

A first taste of a longer journey.

If something here calls you — if building your own method in full is a journey you want to take — Impact Engineering is a natural pilot for the deeper path we call Menhajak («منهجك»). Where these five hours open the map, Menhajak is where you walk it: turning everything you carry into a clear, documentable method you can teach, lead, or build a culture on. It doesn't add content on top of yours — it draws your own experience into a design that's coherent, repeatable, and unmistakably you.

Each door opens onto its own path:

The Companionship · صحبة كُن

And you don't walk it alone — those who go deeper join the Companionship (صحبة كُن), a living community of practitioners building methods of their own, worldwide.

You leave Impact Engineering with the map. Whether and when you walk it is entirely yours to choose.

A footprint and compass pointing toward the horizon.

Why this method has standing

The proof that impact is built, not borrowed — is the method that built this.

Kun isn't a course platform or a reseller of someone else's frameworks. It's a school that builds human methodologies — and Somatic Thinking™ is the working proof of its own thesis: a method built from the inside, from one practitioner's roots, that now carries impact across the world.

Samer Hassan, ICF MCC

Samer Hassan — founder of Kun and creator of Somatic Thinking™, a named, published coaching methodology. An ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) and ICF Young Leader (2019), with over 30 years building people, leaders, and the methods they lead by. He didn't borrow his impact. He built it — and Impact Engineering is where he opens that door for you.

FAQ / objections

Questions you might have

Is this a full program?

No — and that's the point. Impact Engineering is a focused five-hour workshop: a clear, self-contained opening. It delivers value on its own, and for those who want to go further, it's a first taste of the deeper Menhajak method-building journey.

I already have plenty of training. Why this?

Because this isn't more training. The thing that decides whether your work lasts isn't another tool — it's activating who you already are into a method that's yours. Most people leave saying they finally saw something they'd been circling for years.

Is it for coaches, or for leaders?

Both — and founders too. Impact Engineering runs in three variations, each cast for who you are; you'll find your own method in your own domain — leading, growing people, or building a company.

Will I leave with my method finished?

No — five hours opens all seven steps and lets you taste each. You leave with the first outline of your own method and a clear next step. Building it in full is the Menhajak journey.

What about accreditation?

The workshop carries ICF Continuing Coach Education (CCE) completion hours on request — continuing-education credit, not a coach credential.

In person or online?

Both. It runs as a single focused day in person, or split across online sessions — the same seven steps, the same opening.

You already carry what your impact needs. Come and activate it.

You don't need another tool, or another certificate. You need to bring forward what's already in you — your presence, your values, your lived experience — and shape it into something that's truly yours. Impact Engineering is the five hours where that begins. Every method that leaves a mark began with one deliberate step — this is yours.

For an organisation

Bring it to your team

For an organisation, Impact Engineering runs as a private session for your leaders or your internal coaches — a clean way to sample the Kun approach before a fuller engagement, and a shared starting point for building a method your culture can keep.
