By now we've spoken a great deal about presence. But presence to what? Here is something easy to miss: you can only be fully present to one thing at a time. Every second, life pours an endless stream of sensory information at you — far more than any human could hold at once. So presence isn't a floodgate thrown open; it's a matter of where you place your attention. And wherever you place it, a particular world of sensation answers back.
The faculty that does the receiving I call Hyper Sensory Perception «الإرهاف الحسّي». It is not a mystical power; it is the ordinary, God-given capacity of the body to catch the subtle signals it is always receiving, sharpened by presence. Slow down, grow quiet, attend — and your awareness picks up what was always arriving but usually drowned in the noise. Each place you rest your attention returns its own distinct bundle of sensation. There are four such places — four spheres of perception — and you move between them one at a time.
The first is the I-Sphere — «فقاعة إدراك الذات». Your attention rests on yourself, and the sensations arrive from within: the weight in your chest, the tightness in your shoulders, the warmth or unease moving through you. This is where most of the work begins — coming home to your own body, the nearest trust placed in your care.
The second is the WE-Sphere — «فقاعة إدراك الآخر». Now your attention rests on another person — another self woven into the same fabric as you — and something remarkable happens: the sensations you receive begin to come from them. Their tone, their posture, the fluctuations beneath their words. This is the sphere a coach lives in: present to the one before them, receiving far more than words.
The third is the ALL-Sphere — «فقاعة إدراك المحيط». Your attention widens to your surroundings — the room, the gathering, the place itself. You feel the ease that settles over a place of quiet reverence, the contraction in a room full of argument, the lift or the wariness you feel meeting a stranger before a word is exchanged. The environment, too, is sending signals; in this sphere you receive them.
And the fourth is the OMNI-Sphere — «فقاعة الوجود». Here attention reaches beyond your immediate surroundings — across space, and even across time — into the interconnectedness of existence itself.
Picture it as a vast network — a kind of sacred internet. Every creature that has ever lived is a device on it; and not only creatures — every atom, every particle. Information moves across it freely, the way physicists describe two entangled particles sharing a single state across any distance. What tunes you to a given connection is your intention, and your presence. Turn your attention — with intention, with presence — toward a friend on the far side of the world, and you may begin to receive real sensation tied to them; and find, when you reach them, that what you sensed was true.
Hear this carefully, because it is the whole point: this is not premonition. It is not knowing the future, and it is not a claim on the unseen. It is sensing — receiving, through the body's own receptors, information about a state that already exists — and then verifying it. What reaches us across the fabric is a sign of how connected this existence is; never a claim on the unseen, whose keys are not ours to hold.
All four spheres rest, for me, on one truth: existence is a single fabric, every part of it — down to the atom — woven to every other and, in my faith, ceaselessly in praise of its Maker. You are not separate from that fabric; you are woven into it, and Hyper Sensory Perception is simply the receiver placed in you to attune to it. Which is exactly why this is the opposite of trying to command the universe or "raise your energy": you are not the source. You are a listener — drawing near, and, for my part, naming the One from whom all of it flows.
And if you don't hold any of this — if you don't believe in a Creator at all — that is completely all right; you don't have to share my faith to walk this path, or to benefit from it. The spheres, and Hyper Sensory Perception with them, are about tangible connection: real information your body receives when you walk the path of presence. The benefit lives in the practice, not in the belief behind it. Whatever paradigm or modality you choose to explain why it works — faith, science, or none at all — is entirely yours, and it takes nothing away from what the practice gives you.
There is far more where this meets faith — and where it parts ways with energy-work and the law of attraction. That is the heart of my book From Balance to Baraka, and a piece on it is coming.
For today, this is enough: presence has somewhere to go. You move through your inner world, the person before you, the place around you, and the vast connected whole — one sphere at a time, with a sense refined in you, toward an existence far more alive, and more connected, than it first appears.
When you're ready, the door is open.
